-Structured Sharing Time
-Closing Relaxation Activity
Participate How You Can
Connect using your laptop, desktop or phone. You can leave your camera on or off. If you can make yourself comfortable, please do. Perhaps this could include hot tea, a cozy blanket, and a quiet place to sit. If life is happening all around you, that’s okay, too. We will meet each other where we are. Feel free to leave anytime for any reason.
How Much Does It Cost?
Free
If you know someone who would benefit from this, feel free to share it.
Etiquette of the Space
You’ll have a chance to share if you’d like. You’re also welcome to simply listen and be with the group.
Listening with compassion without the need to fix can be the biggest gift we can give. Only offer resources or advice if someone asks for it.
We are co-creating a kind place to recover and heal. That means bullying of any sort isn’t allowed including negative comments about race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc.

Who’s Leading This?
Hi, I’m Jean Franzblau (she/her). I’ve lived in Los Angeles since 1988 and call Santa Monica home. I’ve been guiding events for well-being for more than twenty years. I love helping in this way.
In terms of work, I’m the Founder of Cuddle Sanctuary and a writer/performer. I’m also an Intimacy Coordinator for TV and film and a professional speaker. You can find me at JeanFranzblau.com.
Hi, I’m Grace Heer (she/her). I found professional cuddling when I was in grief myself. I decided to do this work to take advantage of one of my superpowers: the ability to be present with someone when they are feeling intense, deep feelings. I believe that the only way OUT of feelings is to go THROUGH them, to EXPERIENCE them fully. You can find me at GracefulCuddles.com.
