Welcome to Corporate Touch Therapy!

Corporate Touch Therapy is a service quite similar to having a massage therapist come to your office each week. In this case, a professional cuddler from our staff would come to your office. You would provide our pro-cuddler with a private office or conference room. Employees would sign up for fifteen minute touch therapy sessions.

What’s a Touch Therapy Session?

A touch therapy session is a time for your employee to relax, replenish, connect and chill out. It can include holding hands, hugging, breathing together and just hanging out quietly. Your employee can pick from a menu of choices. Our professional cuddler does all the giving so that your employee can just relax and receive. All touch is consensual and nonsexual; anyone can change their mind about any activity at any time.

What are the benefits?

Science has again and again proven the benefits of human touch. Touch is necessary for adults to be at their optimum best. Human touch has cognitive, emotional and health benefits. It raises oxytocin levels in the body which provides a natural good feeling. It improves heart health, boosts immune function, lowers stress and improves sleep. It takes the edge off and can help stressed employees dial it down. It makes people smile.

How would we explain this perk to our staff?

You don’t have to. We understand that this perk is unique and that people may have a lot of questions. We can come to your office for a 30 minute presentation and Q&A. We can also provide you an introduction to our services that you can send to your staff to explain what we do and to give them some context.

Is this only for female (or male) staff members?

Cuddling is an equal opportunity activity. We have clients across the gender spectrum. Also, because this is a non-sexual activity, sexual orientation need not be a concern or issue. Our cuddlers are compassionate, loving and friendly folk who are happy to work with different ages, sizes, backgrounds, genders and abilities.

What about our concerns about sexual harassment?

Employees are provided with clear guidelines so that all touch is consensual and anyone can change their mind at any time. Just as with a massage therapist, employees would sign a document acknowledging their understanding of the activity.

How do you guarantee the experience remains platonic?

Time and time again this is a non-issue. Our staff upholds the highest of ethical guidelines. And our clients are very sensitive to the guidelines. Having said that, your professional cuddler would halt the session if it moved to a non-platonic place.
