The Well-being Experience: Mind & Body Replenishment for EdFringe Artists
The Well-being Experience was designed for Fringe artists to soothe nerves and create feelings of harmony, connection and calm. First timers are warmly welcome.
What happens at this event?
The flow of activities is a proven method for building trust and safe connection at each person’s pace and comfort level. It begins with an Opening Circle and then eases into a calming activity called Body and Breath. From there, the group can try a series of activities that gently touch into vulnerability, presence and compassion.
Like what?
Your leader, Jean Franzblau, will choose exercises that are unique to the needs of the group such as curiosity challenges, embodiment games, mindful listening, conversational prompts, and much more. Consent and boundaries are enthusiastically encouraged. Attendees are welcome to participate at the level that feels just right. The event finishes with an uplifting Closing Circle.
