Virtual “Cuddle Sessions” with Jean

Has life got you down? Maybe you’re dealing with the pressure of working from home, caring for children and keeping it together. Perhaps you’re simply longing for authentic connection.

I understand that these uncertain times can be intense and am here to help. Whether you need to talk, have a good cry or simply bask in the presence of kindness, it’s a safe bet that you’re overdue for some tender loving care.

What to Expect?

Virtual “cuddle sessions” are soothing, platonic experiences that can calm your spirit and quiet your mind. They can include thoughtful conversation, “peaceful postures” to deepen relaxation, guided imagery, listening to music that you love, cozying up with blankets and pillows or tranquil quiet. For those curious, we can experiment with activities meant to mimic the feeling of being held and caressed.

We’ll have a talk ahead of time so I can design a special experience tailored just for you. Want me to guide the session from beginning to end? It’s my pleasure. Prefer to co-create it as we go? Just say the word.

About Me

I’m Jean Franzblau – the Founder of Cuddle Sanctuary in Los Angeles and the star of Cuddle Queen Jean on YouTube. If you’ve never had a virtual professional cuddling session, let me be your guide. I’m a wonderful listener and appreciate you just the way you are. Whether you need a safe place to grieve or you’re longing for kind, feminine energy, I welcome you. You can experience lots of acceptance and compassion in my LGBTQ-friendly, trauma-informed practice. I’m a Certified Professional Cuddler and have studied facilitation with Cuddle Party. I lead training and certification programs for professional cuddlers and have been honing my skills since 2014. My work has been featured on BuzzFeed, Dr. Phil, and Rolling Stone. In some cases I can offer in-person sessions in Los Angeles.

Tech Requirements

You’ll need a phone, tablet or laptop. Our session can be “audio only” or we can use a video chat platform. If you’re not into technical stuff, not to worry. I’ll walk you through it!

How to Get Started

I recommended a 60-minute session for your very first time. My rate is $300/hour. I’m able to offer some Racial Equity, LGBTQIA+, and Disability discounts based on need.

First, you’ll sign an agreement about the services and pay a $50 consultation fee. I’ll contact you to schedule a phone or video call. In this call I can learn more about you and you can ask any questions you have. If we’re both feeling comfortable setting up a session, I’ll request that you pay the remaining $250 and we’ll be ready to set to set up your session time.
