I searched for a client who wanted a cuddle session and was also comfortable with it being recorded and shared. Introducing Randy – he’s an actor based in New York City and a lovely human being as you’ll see. Randy wanted a session where I did most of the guiding. The result is a relaxation video that you can follow along with. Here are tips to make the most of it.
Set aside time for self care.
The video lasts 70 minutes. You can treat yourself to the whole experience or jump to the parts that interest you. Maybe you’ll want to put it in your calendar: “Me Time.”
Choose a cozy place like a comfy chair, the couch you like to nap on or just tuck yourself into bed. Have a drink of water or your favorite beverage close to hand. Got some pillows and a soft blanket handy? Go for it.
The background music uses “binaural sounds” which means it will sound amazing if you use headphones or ear buds. You’ll find a Guide in the description of the video to help you navigate.
