Time with my journal is a personal tryst
A visit with my ongoing gratitude list
Just this week – on the lip of a sadness abyss
I logged the good and wallah! The blues were dismissed
Yep! I use gratitude lists on the regular to help make my life better. I typically crack open my journal for this activity before bed. My goal is ten, and I’m happy to report that I often go beyond ten items once I’m rolling. Here are some of my gratitudes from this month:
- Carly helped me find several more jokes in my script
- Curtis said he’d help me set up the event
- Dreams come true – business travel with Kendra
- I sold my first ticket!
- Cheese samich, so good
- Cold plunge in the ocean, nice
- Beautiful pillow talk; we love pillow talk and each other
- Powerful dream to start the day
- I did good research
- Angela got chills when I told her about my training ideas
- French fries and tator tots
- Peaceful night
- The rain washed my car, yay!
